We Use Recycled Material

Our entire product line is manufactured from recycled plastics - HDPE, HIPP, and LDPE. All our fabric backing comes from recycled sources. UV inhibitors are added to the recycled resin.

LEED™ MRC 5 Points

Recycled resin for Grasspave², Gravelpave², Draincore², Slopetame² and Beachrings² comes from PREconsumer sources in Houston, TX 77001. PREconsumer credit is 50% of the total weight for LEED™ MRC.

Recycled resin for Rainstore³ comes from POSTconsumer sources in Houston, TX 77001. POSTconsumer credit is 100% of total weight for LEED™ MRC.

For Example: 20,000 sq ft of a Grasspave²parking lot:

20,000 x .3796 lbs/sq ft = 7592.59 lbs of recycled plastic

7592.59 x 50% post-industrial credit

= 3796 lbs of recycled material for credit.

Recycled Amounts:

480 pounds of recycled plastic (HDPE) consumed and kept out of landfills for every 1080 sq. ft (100 sq. meters) of Grasspave², Draincore², Slopetame², or Black Gravelpave².
Supplied anchors for Gravelpave² are made from 100% recycled steel.
Each Rainstore³ unit (1m x 1m x 0.1m) contains 14 pounds of recycled plastic (HDPE or HIPP)
Beachrings²can contains nearly 95% recycled LDPE (one unit weighs .38 kg or .83 lbs).
